Hey there everypony, my name is Braveheart. Well, that's the name I was given when I first arrived in Ponyville. Through my pony life, I encounter many new things between new friends and new love.
Braveheart has been sent to Equestria for a cause, but for what? He's been transformed into a pony and has no clue why? He only knows that he was once a human, but no memory of his human life, not even his human name. He lives his life in Ponyville and during this time, he meets some friends that could in fact help him discover why he was turned into a pony and what he's meant to do.

You might want to add some fancy colorful tags to your story: is it going to be an adventure? Or perhaps a comedy, or maybe a kind of romance? Using them will help readers to get the general feeling about your story even before they'll check the chapters.
Also, as of the time of me writing this, I can see no character tags. Obviously Braveheart is your Original Character, so OC tag would be appropriate. And he lives in Ponyville, so perhaps some of its inhabitants are important to the story and therefore worth mentioning?
