I never wanted this. All I wanted was a nice, quiet weekend away from the real world. Just me and a couple of friends out in the mountains for a few days, grilling out, camping, hunting, maybe a bit of fishing. It was going to be a nice change from the tedium of everyday life.

That was before the fall.

Now I'm trapped in a strange world filled with alien creatures, caught in the middle of a war I have no part in. And if I want any chance of getting back home in one piece, I'm going to have to choose one side and live or die by that decision.

I had hoped to get away from everything. Now I'd give anything to have it all back.

Much to the surprise of Princess Pancake, an apparent conflict has come between her nation and the neighboring nation of Mapleopolis. Being the brilliant and delectable diplomat she is, she must speak to Mapleopolis's leaders to try and quell whatever tensions have come between them.

Written randomly because of a mix of a friend's suggestion and an altered state of mind.

Pinkie is taking a train ride home and says goodbye to her friends. With her trusty detective’s hat and magnifying glass, can she figure out who done it? Who is serving dinner? Who has her missing rock? Who packed a party cannon into Pinkie’s luggage? Who’s stolen one million bits? Who’s committed murder, and why? You know, just the basics.

After the recent incident with the "Great and Powerful" Trixie and Ursa Minor in Ponyville, Lieutenant Captain Fidelitas is sent to the town in "Operation Shield" - an effort to prevent the incident from being repeated. But two Agents of Chaos in Ponyville are ready to play spoiler, and the temporary absence of Fidelitas removes a buffer between Lieutenant Captains Shining Armor and Aten. Soon, Aten challenges Shining Armor to match the impressive performance given by Twilight Sparkle in taming the Ursa Minor... a promise Shining Armor must deliver on!

Poison Dart, Lunar guard, chose sides in the Lunar War. He chose to fly against his Princess, to support Celestia, to save Equestria. He attended the last battle with Nightmare Moon and was violently decapitated before he could make much of a difference.

But, of course, he didn't die. That would have been too easy.

Unable to relate to his few surviving friends among the Lunar Guard, and feared by his acquaintances in the Solar forces, there is exactly one pony who will talk to Dart: Princess Celestia, who banished his charge. She's strangely fascinated by this relic of her sister's powers, and keeps Dart at her side at all times. Which is why he has no choice but to tag along when she suddenly bucks her duties as the sole Equestrian Princess and takes off across the country, searching for the source of Luna's corruption. It soon becomes apparent that Dart isn't the only pony touched by the Nightmare's dark magic--and these remnants of her power aren't the only threat to their country.

Rated Teen for numerous sexual and alcohol references, as well violence and gore.
