War has engulfed the galaxy! With heroes on both sides, the bitter conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems threatens to consume countless star systems. From the Core Worlds to the farthest reaches of the Outer Rim, the Clone Wars have affected countless lives. The fight rages every day between light and darkness.

The planet Equestria has been fortunate enough thus far to have avoided conflict. But soon, the ponies find their luck has run out, as their planet becomes the next battlefield in the greater war. Far from the rest of the galaxy, both sides fight for the fate of Equestria, knowing that even a single act can change the course of the war forever...

"Once upon a time, in the magical land of Equestria, there were two regal sisters who ruled together and created harmony for all the land. To do this, the eldest sister used her unicorn powers to raise the sun at dawn. The younger brought out the moon to begin the night. Thus, the two sisters maintained balance for their kingdom and their subjects: all the different types of ponies.

"But as time went on, the two sisters grew greedy and covetous of their neighbors to the north. The Crystal Empire stood ready to defend themselves, but even their prince, noble and kind, could not contend with their power. On the fateful day they turned on their once friend, they became the ultimate perversions of their former selves. The elder sister became Solaria Dawn, herald of light and hate, and the younger became Night Mare Moon, harbinger of darkness and fear.

"Reluctantly, the noble prince delved into the darkness and found the forbidden powers needed to save his empire from certain doom. With the might of the shadows, combined with the mystical strength of the crystal heart and the elements of harmony, he was able to defeat his former friends and bring peace to all of Equestria, bearing the responsibility of both sun and moon. Harmony and peace once again fell upon the lands.

"One thousand years has passed since that time..."

Many millennia ago, the Crystal Empire was ruled by the proud King Diamond Heart and Queen Rin. Their two children were perfect heirs that everyone adored.

But there was a third heir, born without the crystalline appearance of a Crystal Pony and the two much loved rulers hid him away. Years of neglect and hatred turned an innocent young Unicorn into something else and the discovery of what he was capable of caused him to spiral down into insanity.

Contains non-cannon origins of the Crystal Empire.

Some years after Twilight became ruler, tragedy struck the royal family. Now Crystal Empress at an unprecedented age, Flurry Heart must push through her grief and rule with the clarity her subjects deserve.

She finds her own--somewhat odd--ways to mourn, behind closed doors.

My entry to the Pony Poetry Contest.

An insurrection is forming in the Crystal Empire. The citizens wish for there once proud empire to stand once more! Princess Cadance must fall, and Equestria must be theirs! There is no existing military with the force to stop the new regime.

It's a good thing that 3rd Echelon technically doesn't exist...

A Splinter Cell crossover. Inspired by the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series and Stalkerloo. Splinter Cell is owned by Ubisoft. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is owned by Hasbro.

Variables.

The Crystal Empire came back much earlier than what it 'should' have. Sombra recovered much faster than he 'should' have. Cadence and Shining Armor were delayed. Sombra was so much more powerful than anticipated.

Trixie spent ten years of her life in hell on Equestria, imprisoned for many of them. Her body, wracked by disease, nearly gave out on her... but the Elements of Harmony would not be denied, for they are the most powerful form of magic known to ponydom. A contract, a stay of death, a rescue and escape, and an attempt at rebellion. Love.

Loss.

One final contract. To earn back her life, Trixie's mind was to travel back in time and stop Sombra before he had the opportunity to kill Twilight Sparkle. Saving the others was a good thing, but the world literally depended on her survival.

With her healthy body back, free of Sombra's spells and... brands, with the strength of so much time spent on a rock farm, and with the training she received, it was disappointingly easy.

The problems started when the refugees arrived.

Turns out, her old timeline sent a few messages along with her.

Inspired by the many 'X beats Sombra before time' fics floating around.

With a little bit of 'Days of Future Past' thrown in, because I was itching for some even before seeing the movie.

When Equestria annexed the Crystal Empire and defeated King Sombra. Not all of it's citizens were comfortable with Princess Cadance and her rule.

Two Brothers, Shattered Dawn and Steel Defiance, must fight their way through a maze of lies, deceit and murder in order to finally liberate their homeland and set an oppressed people free.

After his defeat at the Crystal Kingdom, Sombra has been revived but has different intentions of what he's going to do. What is his plan, if any? How will he react to what's happened?

Ispired by the IDW five-week comic series Fiendship is Magic issue no.1 which gave us some back story on Sombra and the big reveal that he is, indeed, still alive. I hope you enjoy!
