Rainbow Dash makes sure to visit her brother once a week, brining flowers, talking about every single crazy detail of her I week and life. She has been doing this for years.

Tonight is Nightmare Night and Rainbow is nowhere to be found. Her reason, she was visiting her brother.

This story ties into sometime between the first and second Solar Child.

Rainbow Dash has a few last words for her friends

Moondancer and her friends are visiting Lyra in Ponyville. While they enjoy a sweet treat at Sugarcube Corner, what pony should pop in but one of the famous Elements of Harmony?

But to Moondancer's surprise, they're not quite as famous as she thought...

The Apple Family seems to have a strange tradition. On the same day every year, they do the unthinkable. Absolutely nothing! Napping in the orchards, rather than tending to the trees. It's like they're completely different ponies!

Now, three fillies want to know why. How did this holiday start, and what exactly is somepony allowed to do, on a Do Nothing Day?

It's been four months since Applejack and Rainbow Dash began their relationship. Applejack's spending the holidays with Pinkie's family once again, leaving Rainbow in Ponyville—a decision that leaves them both unsure.

It is just an another working day for Twilight. She has to read, study, research, experiment, meet her friends, and take care of her citizens. And waking up so late does not help anything. Should she leap out of her bed and become a panic Twilight, or just let them go and change it to an another lazy day.

Missions and Bearer responsibilities can mean spending a lot of time away from loved ones, and that's one of the reasons Rainbow has brought Tank (the most awesome pet ever!) along with her to the Trottingham fair. Sure, she'll be stuck at the Meet A Wonderbolt booth for the whole weekend while the rest of the team actually does stuff, but at least she'll have company. And since being at the booth gives her the chance to sleep in, Tank can just use his rotor to go out and grab her some breakfast. Besides, even if something happens to go wrong along the way like, say, having the rotor leaking glow, it'll all work out. Ponyville's perfectly used to this sort of thing.

This isn't Ponyville.

And Trottingham's residents can be a little... off.
