Passion breeze is the pegasus son of Celestia and an unknown father. On his twenty first birthday he'll be promoted to captain of the Black Fleet, an elite team of Pegasi who make up Equestria's covert operations. After signing a treaty with the Changeling Legion, Cadance returns with grave news. A rumor of King Sombra's dismal return. If Sombra does return, it will be up to Passion to lead the fleet against him before he can gain the power to take back not only the crystal city, but all of Equestria.

When our favorite purple princess finds a mysterious discovery in her family scrolls, she takes to the books and is determined to finish the mystery. But, as the story unfolds, the truth is that she's only discovered a fraction of what is yet to come. Starting with two of her old enemies, who are now her best friends.

Philomena gets very angry when Celestia enters her into a pet beauty competition, so she goes on a quest to prove to Celestia that she isn't just for show.
Unfortunately, things don't go to plan...

Princess Luna is visited by her most faithful servant, bringing her old life and new life together. It seems her transition into the new world will be less seamless than she thought.

AUTHORS NOTE: Be aware that the shipping in this story could be classified as light-shipping or friend-shipping. I left the shipping tag out initially, but since the relationships between the characters are a big part of the story I felt compelled to add it. Also, a new summary is in the works, one that best shows the reader what to expect in this crazy fanfic.

Many years have passed in Ponyville and Twilight Sparkle has never yet found love. Until this point, she thinks she never will find it. Although she hasn't put that much thought into her romance life, she stumbled upon a very old and dusty book hidden in the depths of her library. Twilight finds her old scrap book and remembers her childhood when she lived in Canterlot. Upon seeing the Scrap Book, she is determined to set off to find some old friends, before the ones in Ponyville.

Although this tale of Twilight is meant for her to re-unite with childhood friends, and with a stallion she's denied, Winter's unforgiving season will determine the fate of her love, her friends, and her sanity.

Note: This story will have alot of mood change. Prepare for some funny moments and depressing moments to... boring moments/tension build up moments.

Fun: On the side from all this, try to spot out as many Vietnam referances in this story.

Oh lord, what was I ON when I was writing this?

I wrote this in March of 2012, before the release of A Canterlot Wedding. Before we knew ANYTHING about what would happen with it.

After the comic-canon event of Princess Celestia showing Sunset Shimmer the mirror, and denying any access in learning the mystery behind it, the proud and impatient protege is sent down a spiral of feeling held back. The stifling feelings of not moving forward in life stress the yellow mare, and an encounter with an old classmate would make things worse. Thankfully, Sunset Shimmer has a special bond with her phoenix, Philomena, who she can communicate with, and vent to about her problems. During a time where knowledge about phoenixes is slim, the bond between the princess' pupil, and the fiery creature was surely unique, and something to write in the next Equestrian Encyclopedia!

A visit to a grave causes one mare to recall all the things she did wrong, from the first meeting with her best more than friend, to where she now stands.

Philomena didn't want to go. But when that sweet, cream colored pegasus birdnapped her, she felt it was time for a little payback.
