Applejack calls Pinkie Pie her 'best friend'. Big mistake.

A random, sort-of funny, and sort-of scary short story inspired by Markiplier's video of the same name.

Applejack's cousin Braeburn surprises her with a visit to Ponyville. She's looking to make him happy by setting him up with one of her best friends. She's just trying to help!

It was just another day on Gunsmoke. Vash the Stampede was locked in a gun battle against two outlaws, but in the aftermath of the fight, a strange light burst out of the desert, bringing with it a strange woman. Lost and alone on this strange new world, Applejack must trust in the strange creature that the people call "The Humanoid Typhoon". Will Applejack find her way home? Or will the bounty on Vash's head lead her to her final rodeo?

A visitor shows up in Ponyville for the annual Running of the Leaves. Applejack and Rainbow Dash watch him practice, shocked by his incredible speed. Does the stallion have some sort of unfair advantage? Should they try to make friends and learn his secret, or get him disqualified?

Rainbow Dash and Applejack have been having interesting encounters over the last couple of weeks, but now Rainbow is wondering where it's going. Little does she know, she's about to be surprised.

Rainbow Dash was beautiful, the most beautiful pony to be born in a century — and so her fate was sealed. Beauty must be sacrificed, and so Rainbow Dash must die.

Prompts were: vibrant vestigial, vexing volcano, verdant vegetable. Pretty insane for prompts, but Xepher had to pronounce all the Aztec words in my story so I think we're even.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash are just the best of friends. They spend almost all their free time together, they miss the other when they're not around, they sleep in the same bed together daily. You know, standard best friend stuff.

With Hearts and Hooves Day coming up, with these two as completely normal best friends have 0 plans at all. Surely nothing will happen that causes their feelings to change, definitely not.

It was only natural that introspection would come in the wake of something as monumental as a royal wedding. With the festivities of Shining Armor's betrothal long since past, Twilight has come to realize that there exists a tremendous gap in her studies of friendship, that being that she doesn't really have any stallion friends. That's likely because pursuing platonic relations with the opposite gender is rather difficult when there's a growing desire in her heart for something deeper than her friends can provide.

After an afternoon of disturbed study time and unexpected dental catastrophe, the last thing Twilight would have expected was for opportunity to come knocking in the form of a quiet stallion reading in her library. Enraptured by the chance to expand her education, Twilight bumbles into the newcomer's life without the faintest notion of the depth of the pony's loss. Though her faith in friendship is strong, it will take more than her magic to undo the scars of his past, and keep a heart once filled with wonder from succumbing to the power of doubt.

Set after the events of the season three pilot and before Twilight is crowned princess.

With being outcast from Ponyville and only feeling ill staying in Cloudsdale, Gilda has lived in the Everfree forest for over a year ever since she lost her friend Rainbow Dash. More than half her nest lays littered with crumpled and pierced letters she never sent, and the creatures of the forest have given up on comforting her. Gilda has never felt more alone in her life.

When the wandering Fluttershy happens upon her home, Gilda finds forgiveness in the last place she would ever expect. But will the rest of Ponyville forgive her?

And will that include a specific rainbow pegasus?
