I just learned a few minutes ago that famed physicist Stephen Hawking has died at the age of 76. I admit that I'm not well versed in science or physics, and never read any of his work, but I always admired Mr. Hawking for the grace and dignity he possessed, and the strength to live a life with a disease that most of us, myself included, would probably have given in to. I also admired how he also was willing to have
Stephen died today.
Terrible news, I must say.
Ever in our hearts, he will stay.
Physics, he made many breakthroughs..
Hawking, his last name was.
Early in the morning, he peacefully went.
Never forget, the great science man.
He lived a good life, they would say.
A life worth living, a life well lived.
With a final breath, he left his body.
Keeping in mind that his mind is free.
I just wanted to share this with the world.
Not much, but a poem for the lost
So Stephen Hawking is dead. I mean, holy shit. out of all the deaths of well known people in the last three years, this has to be the most impactful yet. Very few people reach a legendary status like that man did, up there with Isaac Newton and Albert Einstien. RIP Stephen, you shall be missed. Oh so very greatly.
I have been so desperate now to get back to writing for such a long time but I just cannot seem to get myself to sit at my PC, in peace and quiet, with free time all to myself, and actually type anything. I keep mulling over the aspects of the story that I do have a lot of notes for. The next chapter is of course all planned out - I just need to sit my arse into my office chair, and actually construct something with those ideas, beyond just complaining about not being able to do so.
Stephen Hawking, who I believe no further elaboration on his many contributions to not only science, but getting the ever fickle public to actually care about science, sadly passed away today at age 76.
No word yet (from what I've heard at least) on the cause of death... but given the horrid degenerative disease he'd been fighting near all his life, I doubt we'll get any shocks once its made public.
...
I am going to have to bite the bullet and actually park my arse down tomorrow and do some writing.
All of these things, and in no particular order.
He was 76 years old. It's amazing how he survived his disease long enough to inspire the world with his contributions to science and his sense of humour.
You'll be greatly missed, professor. Rest in peace.

The blog title is simply a quote from the Ministry song I happen to be listening to whilst I am on my lunch break from work. The song is - of course - "Just One Fix." Lest it be said my music playlist is not confusing, the next song on the list is Don Henley with "All She Wants To Do Is Dance." Listen to these gears crunch!

Hello everypony, I have some bad news. Last night at the age of 76, great scientist Stephen Hawking passed away
Hello, everyone! First off, thanks so much for your positive feedback on my last blog. I shall indeed be doing readings of the two stories I mentioned, so keep an eye - or in this case, ear - out for them! In the meantime, though, I have completed the reading for chapter two of Emylia Hawke's wonderful story, Night Terrors.
For without him our idea on the nature of the universe would be so much smaller.
I have know for days of his passing, but I wanted everyone else to make their posts first. I wanted my voice to be heard, so I wanted not to be lost in the noise.
