So, it's been a few months, and Soldier of Equestria was quite fun to write, even though some parts were a chore. I've been thinking of writing a sequel of sorts to SoE. Not a "sequel" sequel, but rather a series of spin-offs dealing with the titular soldier and his adventures through Equestria.

Currently listening to the soundtrack for the amazing film "Taxi Driver" (1976) while working on Chapter 42, not gonna spoil much but what I will say is that this is the chapter where the Vanhoover story arc will resolve itself. The soundtrack, I feel, perfectly reflects Storm's solitude in his new environment and offers me a glance into the mind of this character, even though he's about as far removed from Travis Bickle as anyone is really.

So I'm going to play more XCOM2, and that means time to check on the FimFiction army of doom. Which I have realized is missing some important soldiers. Anyone out there want to give suggestions? I'm not as inspired with clever (or ridiculous) bios but I want to at least get names in there. Added Super Trampoline, Bad Horse, Pineta so far. Anyone else I should add to the army that I may or may not be throwing into the meat grinder of alien weaponry in a poor excuse of what I believe is 'tactics'?

I play alot of TF2 so hearing that we lost Rick May yesterday because of the Virus really hits you right in the feels
It was wonderful going into tf2 servers and seeing everyone play soldier in respect to this fallen Legend

Okay, really the alicorns are the best kind of warriors. Their major weakness however is their lack of numbers. Unicorns weakness would be the lack of proficiency in combat magic of the overall population.

Earth ponies while strong, but have a severe lack of mobility issues when compared to Pegasi.

Pegasi can perform lightning strike raids, and flyaway if things get hairy. I could imagine them as saboteur raider units.

Because I'm sort of drifting entertainment-wise now that I've finished Valley. Which is a great game on steam that is (was?) on sale for 2 bucks that is totally worth it. Anyway, drifting and thought about playing XCOM2 again. Which is how I found out that I apparently misplaced my FimFiction army soldiers. However, almost all of them were saved as images when I was showing you guys so I can remake them.
