Hello every pony and everyone, I hope you are having a wonderful Nightmare Night or just finished it. This update concerns my ongoing stories, new tales, and artwork, plus news. First up the new story.
So, seeing as I'm currently living in Dallas for a contract job, and Nightmare Nights Dallas is only about 45 minutes away from here, and less than 15 from the job site, I will be in attendance. This is, surprisingly, the first time I've ever been to a convention on a non-professional basis, so it's all going to be new for me.

Sorry for the ongoing delays with Displaced into Nothing. Should have the rest of this chapter out soon. In the mean time, I wrote a Speedfic to read at the local fan-club's Nightmare Night party which got some pretty positive feedback, so I'm hoping it can tide y'all over. It's all written out already, so I'm just trying to get it all proofread by the night of the 31st.

Now that we have the site back from that little hardware hiccup, it's time to move forward. The new Nightmare Night chapter is almost ready to go.
But regardless of whether I get it, Nightmare Night - Part 15 launches tonight at 8pm Eastern, as promised. It’s 5500 words long, has two major story twists, and details the emergence of the first true threat to Eclipse’s plans--Sorry, Starlight, but you really aren’t one at this point!

Finally, the month of spooks and scares is here for our enjoyment! Not a moment too soon, since I felt this has been a pretty dismal year, for quite a few reasons.
Here's hoping that the autumn atmosphere and anticipation for the 31st will kick my dumbass into proper gear and have me produce something worthwhile. I do have ideas and things set up to be finally fleshed out and written down, but it really comes down to me to, in the words of Shia LaBeouf, "Just do it!" (old memes, lol)
Off to prereaders. Chapter will launch Saturday or Sunday morning. It’s a longer chapter, currently clocking in at just shy of 8000 words, but trust me, this one’s worth it. Another teaser? Okay, a short one...
Trixie stared at Starlight incredulously as she shared her theory of what had happened. “But Starlight… that’s insane!”

I’m sorry it’s taken so long, but this has been one of those chapters that just does NOT want to come quickly. It’s certainly been fun to write in places, but I’ve only been able to write a little on it at time. Regardless, the completed chapter stands at 7500 words and will be published tomorrow morning. Chapter Release Schedule
My goal will be to release a chapter each month, however this will only happen if I manage to have the chapter for that month ready. If that doesn't happen it may take longer, but I can assure that at this point in time the first three chapters are ready to go.
Real life can be interesting, especially when it sneaks up on you. I have been working on my story for Nightmare Night aka Halloween since about a week after I finished The Road Home. Was making good pace, thought I could make it before the holiday this year, even though the story has become multi-chapter in length. But for some reason, my brain decided not to account for the fact that my company's game, Nevermind, was an official nominee to Indiecade this year, which is like the Sundance
