Wow, never thought I'd have to make so many changes to a story just after it was released. Originally my new story was just a one shot slice of life story, now it's expanded into a soon to be multi-chapter adventure tale! This change has been made due to my personal concerns regarding content that is being written about and will continue being written about within the current set of chapters.

After much soul searching and fiendish planning, I have finally published Lessons Learned after I revoked the submission last week because of sluggish moderation, but the title has changed! Fitting, I suppose, because of the changes Starlight goes through in the story. Having your world literally destroyed because of your actions can be traumatic. But folks, the pay off is good (and so is the story). I recommend having some facial tissues on hand.

I've made some radical changes to the story, while still keeping the same plot. The rewrite is comparatively minor in scale to a full rewrite. I focused on changing Alex's character to be less aggressive, impulsive and irresponsible. An engineer on any ship shouldn't be that crazy. I still tried to keep her flavour as a distinct character. The encounter is a bit more realistic and tried to incorporate as much as I could from the comments, while expanding what I saw in my mind's eye instead of

Having read through the current draft of the next Spider of Two World's chapter we've decided to push Mysterio back to the next chapter, feeling it's too early to have Trixie appear as Mysterio, and are in the midst of rewriting and reworking large parts of the chapter.
