Again a few months passed since my last blog (not counting Wubcake's unexpected bomb shell) and so I wanted to tell you why I basically did nothing.

So! I have a story coming out this next Friday (July 2nd) called The Opening Act and I'm actually super excited about it.
Mind if I tell you a bit about it?
Cool. Read on then!
First things first: What is the story about?
Happy Wednesday from Japan, y'all. Just hit the publish button on a story idea I'd been sitting on for a few years that I just never wrote. After Chapter 15 was delayed, I knew it'd also delay 16, so I wanted to get something I knew wouldn't take me as long to write out, and this silly X becomes an Alicorn one-shot fit that mold pretty nicely. It's a dumb, random comedy that was a lot of fun to get out of my system after I remembered the idea when I was considering what to I could do in a short
I just made place holder stories for all remaining Phase One WWB fics. We're really getting close to the end (of the first phase) here, y'all
Alright I went over my stories. and I've decided to make a couple major changes.
First: I'm going remove myself from The Flightless of the Fighters. I have a better idea for it.
Second: I'm going to rewrite Becoming Whole for...reasons.
I would also like everypony to give me their input on a certain problem. The filly from Becoming Whole has a name that does not make full sense. She is going to have all the same looks but I want a different look for her. Any ideas?
Becoming an effective, efficient author requires you to both master how to give inspiring criticism and how to take criticism without tearing yourself (or others) apart. In this blog entry, I will show you how.
... or maybe not, but given your current situation, there's not much of a difference.
Frankly, I didn't expect the next episode of the Dutch anime this year, but here we are
Also, I can confirm that "En de koloniale tijd... wat de fok" is a pretty accurate description of Belgium if you ask me.
If you finished reading Secondhand Laughter, then you're probably wondering what's next? Or maybe you're not. Maybe you read it and you're about ready for me to stop writing.
Well, this blog post has something to make either of you happy.
So I expected to, after writing my prior blog, I expected to do some writing. Instead, I finished the Bitchette/Washouts tape. I gotta say, I really like this one! Many images under the cut.
I haven't released another chapter for this story in months, and that's because I've had writer's block. The annoying thing is that I've only had it for this story, and not my other ones. I know exactly what I want to happen, but I just can't put it into words, which is very frustrating.
I'll keep trying to write, though! I promise!
So, a little update on what I've been up to, in case any of you were wondering. I have been working on the next chapter, but only on and off. Over the past week, I've been feeling like I really want to get a move on with the next book in the published version, so I've been going over the previous book and my notes to re-familiarize myself with what I did, and hopefully patch any mistakes I might have made in the process. I'll be republishing the changes once their finished, but It's slow

lyrics:
"Longcoats are marching
Mud & blood merging
Civil War's raging
Across the land..
In the war for--
--Sunrise has risen
Draped in red ribbons
who gets to eat?
& who becomes?..
Who becomes the meat?
Summer has gone and the
Fires begin burning so
What's yours is mine is now
Food for the beasts
Fight for me
Die as meat
Burn & bleed for our cause
First off, let me say I knew that the title was pretty click-baity, but even I was expecting it to become a Heated fic! I haven't had that little tag on anything I've written since 2014 (If that was even a thing back then. I just remember the fic being on the top of the box for a week). Back then, I also didn't practice thanking every favorite. Let's just say, even though I wrote this fic rather quickly so I'd have some more time to work on Electro Swing, I wasn't quite expecting the response
Well, Inkscape decided to bork on me a couple of times during the exporting process (and always on the faces, too), but I managed to get the cover art done, and the Quorum Sensing sequel I've been sitting on for Thor knows how long is now up for submission.
A couple of questions that might pop up:
What about Scootaloo's Second Skin?
... is watching an endless stream of notifications on both fimfiction and facebook. Not that I complain. Also, I wrote a new story, but you've probably already seen it:
