Fic-A-Minute: It's a Dangerous Business, Going Out Your Door · 11:43am Aug 3rd, 2014
No sense wasting time. Time to start knocking off some of the big ones.
As always, spoilers.

Dusting off the cobwebs here. It's been a while, hasn't it? I've been writing original fiction most of this time--that, and going to graduate school. Even as we speak I'm working on a fantasy novel, which is the second in a series I've been writing.
HEY THERE! Just wanted to inform you guys I got a new chapter of "Sunset At The Door" completed and published.
Geez... Took me a long time, didn't it? Phew.. Now that THAT writer block is out of the way, only a couple more chapters til my big surprise!!!
SHHHHH... Don't tell anyone, but I've had a new idea pop in my head that I want to do with this story, so that's what the surprise is.
Well, I have made it home successfully. Time to relax.
And by that, I mean work on pony stories.
I know it is the day after BronyCon, but I need editors. It was a writeoff story originally, but I cleaned it up a bit; if someone could go over it, I could actually post a story in the near future, though I'll need to finagle up some cover art as well.
May Those Who Step Through This Door Know What it Means to Rule
It was a ton of fun. A grand military farce in the zany traditions of Hogan's Heroes (CBS, 1965-71) and MASH (Dir. Robert Altman, 1970).
I watched this by putting this

I randomly poked my nose back onto FIMFiction today, only to discover that ObabScribbler posted a reading of one of my stories earlier today!
Thanks, Scribbler!
NOTE: The following is an interview conducted by my good friend the dobermans, who requested that I host it on my blog as well. Be sure to check out his stuff, as well as that of the author we placed in the spotlight here.
The interview itself may be found after the break. Enjoy!
Today's story lingers like the curling mist in a dark forest.
Don't Open the Door
[Dark][Horror] • 13,654 words
After an expedition into the Everfree Forest ends in disaster, Applejack and Rainbow Dash take refuge in an abandoned cabin until morning.
I actually have plenty in the pipeline for the newer episodes, and my backlog. But I wanted to post this immediately after The Summer Sun Setback, with relevance to Cozy Glow.
Do people not enjoy Cozy Glow? Obviously she won't have as many fanfictions about her as Sombra got. For the same reason the Phyllis won't get as much fanart as Peewee or Tom. Which is a HUGE shame.
If she picks her trains right, Sweetsong’s in the last state before she reaches the Pacific. For now, she needs to spend some times making more money, and figuring out which route she needs to take to go west, rather than down to Oregon. Although if she does go to Oregon, that’s not the end of the world . . . if she wanted an easy trip, she’d have taken Amtrak.
I think Doors 3 gave us the closest thing we'll ever get to an animated adaptation of I Against I, Me Against You (at the 16:16 mark)
Link because apparently YouTube or Fimfic doesn't like it when I embed videos directly
Just wanted to share that (and maybe let people know that I'm still alive, insofar as I have a pulse)
It’s no Big Boy, but the cab of a locomotive makes for a comfortable ride through Nebraska.
Special thanks to AlwaysDressesInStyle for not only pre-reading, but also having been to Alliance and filling me in on where to get the best pizza there!
Hello folks! Writing from my location in the dungeon of a rental, I have been very remiss in my reading and writing. But for now, remodeling is in the hands of a contractor, so it is time to do some catchup – and not the kind that you put on fries.
