So last night I finally finished Season 8.
Well... that was a thing that happened, wasn't it?

I know what you're thinking, "Cracked, how could you ask that? Of course, the show is a masterpiece! Otherwise, why would any of us be here writing and coming up with new stories about it?” Point taken, but I want to take this moment to really examine it. Now, I know that this show has been talked about and analyzed to death, and done it again, but I want to at least talk about something that as far as I'm aware of hasn't been discussed. In that, from a critical eye, what about this particular
Another happy anniversary to MLP! This time to the series finale of the show, The Last Problem. Seems to me that while the story of the Mane Six has come to an end, the future is just the beginning for Equestria's next generation. Once again, though I haven't watched the entirety of the show, I'm glad that I got to experience it when I gave it shot and I'm still thankful for all of its lessons about friendship and life. As a bonus, here's a preview to a chapter of my post-MLP story. I hope you
Hello, everyone.
I hope you had a good Valentine's Day. I turned 27 a couple of weeks ago, and i'm feeling like I should be growing some white hairs by now.
You're friendly jester Jumping Jack here. Bringing you some updates of what to come.
Being back into the saddle of writing, I've managed to get a lot done with two fics that were left unattended for a while. With those completed, that leaves with a couple of other fics that I need to complete. However, something else came to mind to me during the times I was distracting myself from writing.
New ideas!
Who else thinks this music might fit Equestria's newest big bad? Don't be afraid to post your thoughts and opinions down below.
This is not a happy post. It's not fun for me to write. And I'm well aware that this will probably not be read, which is fine.
So I'm sure many of us writers have always wondered; where in the world is this place? Well in the now available for purchase Art of Equestria Book (sold on Amazon) all those questions are finally answered. The following map below can be found posted on the Equestria Daily Site. Good Evening,
I have big news. First off, let me point out we are now ONE MONTH away from MY LITTLE PONY: THE MOVIE!!! Can you believe that this time next month we can all go see the movie! I don't know about you, but I'm really excited. CAN'T WAIT!!!
Good Evening,
Wanted to give you an update on my status. It's going on four weeks since my PRK surgery. I'm recovering well, reducing the flourometholone (steroid) drops per the opthamologist's instructions. I have another follow-up appointment in two weeks, which will give me a better idea of my recovery.
Problem is such an odd word to say sometimes, it's like nonsense.
NOTE: This is all expressly my opinion. I appreciate everybody's opinion and I only ask to be left to mine.
So end's the great generation 4 of the classic My Little Pony brand. What... a.. RIDE!!! One I've gladly missed the last two seasons of.
Several months ago, I had seen the spoilers for this episode. All of them, every single one, any I could find.
So, it's My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic's 9th anniversary.
I'm not sure if those 9 years went by fast or slow...
Nine years ago today, Friendship is Magic premiered on The Hub, and, in doing so, opened the floodgates for the massive fandom and devotion that was to come. Now, the series will end this Saturday, but we can still look back fondly on all the good times... and make plenty more, because knowing this fandom, we aren't going anywhere!
Have a great day, everypony!
The story 'A Dire Mistake' is just a test story to test my skills with sad and drama-filled plot. I can tell if I'm doing a good job or not by its like rating. I'm giving it until July 15th to give people time to read it. By then, whether it did good or not, it will be deleted.
Grrrrrrrrrrrrreetings friends, and welcome back to the freshly named "Deconstructing is Magic", a retrospective, review and analysis of every single MLP episode ever. As the title suggests, I will be taking apart the individual elements of what makes this beloved pony show what it is, seeing where it works, where it doesn't, and what made it so beloved.
Twelve years ago today, we plunged into the world of Equestria where we all learned why the greatest magic of them all was friendship.
