THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for all the follows and support. It's been a long time since my last blog post, and sorry for leaving everypony in the dark, but I really lacked the creativity and inspiration needed to write much these past months.
Yes, really! A brand new story, not a lootsoo, not an edited version of an old story, and a story all about a certain changeling queen too! It should be around 5k words, so strap in, it's going to be a fun one.
Maybe.
Well, I think it's a fun one at least.
I had fun writing it anyway.
...I may also have been sleep deprived and/or drinking, but fuck it. I like the story. Gonna post it whether you all like it or not, so there.

Actually, the next chapter is a good ways away. First I need to get through my qualifying exam, which has been pushed back to early December. Once that's over with, I'll be going through what I've already written and making some edits, courtesy of the wonderful Lets Do This, another Daybreaker fan and a marvelously talented writer!

However, this is a call for celebration. My story “A Slice of (Cake) Life” has been featured by the Royal Canterlot Library! (OMG, ALL MY SQUEEES!!).
If you can’t tell, I’m just a bit excited.

I always hate writing stories. Not for the story content no. That is always the fun and enjoyable and easy part.

I'm so so happy for all the kind comments and encouragement I've been receiving! I don't always reply (cause i don't want to be annoying), but I read every single one. There are two more characters that will appear in this story. Chances are that you will know these two already if you read through the Legend of Friendship.

I'm about half way through chapter 4, so expect to see that soon(ish).
And remember, there is a competition in chapter 3. The prize is an OC cameo in both my fic, and the fic 'Monster is, as Monster does. (more info in chapter 3)

Mekanika is progressing nicely! I'm getting through the first chapter now, but it's an interesting peice to work on! I intend on finishing it soon and putting the story up as I work on the second chapter!

Forgive me dear readers for I have sinned......
I haven't written anymore of the story. I have been trying to write ch 4 for the last month and words are just struggling to make it out on the paper. That being said, I am still working through things with ch 5 to 10 (because I still have no idea how those are going to play out yet because the timing part is due in part because several stories intercept) so that everything lines up time/plot wise.

I know all you It’s not easy fans have been waiting for quite a while and I do sincerely apologize for that.
So...
In the last while since I posted a blog here, I got a nice little horrible depression that killed my will to do anything for most of the time. It started long before Christmas too... But even with motivation shot to crap and still not up to 80%, I found time to work on the next SCS chapter! Yay! It should be up Wednesday US/Canada Pacific time. Hopefully. That is the goal at least.

I'm finally done with all my school, and I have begun work on the story once again! I'll be going on a out-of-state trip for Christmas, but I'll be able to write my heart out on the 14+ hour drive there, and the few weeks I'll be spending there! I should get a lot of work done while I'm over there, and it should be fun!
Now, I'm going to end this blog with a question, and it's a very important one!
What do you guys want to see explained in Course of Action?
Okay, first of all, I'm editing for Priest's stuff and that is...well, that takes some time because HOLY FUCK TENSE CHANGES. JESUS FUCKING CHRIST PRIEST! But actually good job, it's coming along nicely.
Second of all, working on work for pay, which is eating a lot of my time. But that totally counts as work. And it feeds me. Most of the time.
With my most recent, sweet, happy, cuddly, and utterly tame story out of the way, do you know what's next for me? Do you know time it is? Go ahead, guess, I dare you.
