Late last night as I was coming home, my vehicle lost traction on the road and sent me into the median guard rail, shearing off the bumper, headlights, maybe the radiator I don't know. I proceeded to bounce off of it and back across the road to the right hand shoulder where I was left facing oncoming traffic, though I wasn't entirely in traffic. My car still runs, I guess, and I was able to get turned around and out of traffic entirely. Five

So guess what? I'm fucking screwed again because my employer doesn't pay holiday pay and I fucked up my back a couple of weeks ago. Add to that the fact that my employer has also elected to go with an insurance system which required me to pay my insurance premiums out of pocket and yeah... End result: not enough money to pay bills.
Yes, we're doing this again. Yes, I hate myself even more because of it.

So um... this happened.
It took Familial Words, my previous most-liked story, over two years to get to 70 likes, and half of those only came about because I wrote a sequel.

I've been trying to get into DC's Rebirth line. I've been getting trade paperbacks. But I've been having THE WORST LUCK. Why?
HUMIDITY!
I started with an order of five books. FOUR out of five of them had wavy pages, aka humidity damage. Four books I returned for replacements, and returns aren't easy for me.
This is the most excited I've been for something in a while.
Scootertrix, the best of all the Abridged series' this fandom has shilled out by a fair margin, is making a movie. It's actually going to be made. The little story that started out about comically mocking little horses that eventually turned into am epic unique story with custom animation... is going to reach its climax.

Tomorrow is going to be a hellacious day at work, so I've been hitting the bottle a little again. I'm not really drunk, but just drunk enough to think that it's a good idea to write this blog in transliteral Russian...because when I look back at it tomorrow, I might as well get some study in. Also because I'm studying Russian so any excuse I can get is worthwhile.
Ohmygosh, I was not expecting this.
I decided to publish 1 new chapter for my Ghost Recon story...and it hit the top stories box within...less than an hour. Granted, it was in the works for a while...but thank you so much. I know it's been a while since I last posted an update, but...I did not expect this.
Life has been a little tough recently, and writer's block was getting me down. I decided to wrap up one chapter for publishing...and this happened.
So I've been publishing ponyfics for three years now.
I am so glad that all of you enjoy my fics as much as I do. It makes writing them so much more meaningful knowing that I can improve so many people's days by just that much.
Also Merry Christmas I guess and here's Loli Jesus. She died for your sins and looked incredibly kawaii doing so.
Needless to say, the title of this blog post is almost entirely facetious.
One way or another, though, I will get the next chapter of Desert Spice up tonight.
