So the National Pony Writing Month is (somewhat) drawing to a close and after three straight days of writing, my brain is fried. However, I wasn't too keen on twiddling my thumbs while playing Fallout: Classic, so I drew up the final teaser and cover for our NaPoWriMo Entry, Equestrian Redemption. You can catch it below.
Last night I had a long and vivid dream where I was inducted into the Order of Spring. It was incredible.
The two ponies who converted me were my mom, and Neil DeGrasse Tyson.
Is it racist that he's brown here too?
Ladies and gentlemen, Nights In Pink Velvet has a new cover, one custom made for me by the brilliant Chapaevv.
Behold!
So I don't just write, I also dabble in art. Most of the cover art you see on my stories was made by myself, for example.
That said, currently, WeLoveFine is hosting an MLP Fan Forge contest dealy where anyone can submit a design and the designs with the most votes go into circulation as real merchandise. So I decided to give it a shot, and have created and submitted my own design (featuring Thorax), which you can see at the following link:
(Also, I got some commissions done.)
Been struggling to write, plenty of ideas, just... writing them out into a story is difficult. Some of the ideas I've started I've lost interest in even though they may be a thousand or so words in. It's been a challenge for sure. I'm just gonna keep slowly pecking along at something until I've got something worth sharing.
Anyways.... Find Celly and Lulu below!
Hey, we're really chugging along on that fan-episode project, and definitely open for more responses on the survey. If you haven't responded to it yet, please do so! And if you have a place to share it, please do that too!
The Fixer, a Berylverse story
After the eventful summer that found Sable Loam involved with warring mercenary factions and the very firmaments of the universe, the ex-army school teacher finds himself becoming the Admiral of the newly ascended Princess Sunset Shimmer's fledgling guard: the new SIRENs. Between that and his job at Equestria County Alternative High, Sable hardly has any time for a personal life.
At some point I was really bored and did some searching for something other than a Shoe0nHead video for stuff about cover it. AdobeSpark is this free thing that you can use to try and make stuff. I stumbled across it and tried to play around with cover art on my stories. I'm not entirely terrible at it?
Feeling Meh Overall. Pretty much have had a headache for the past couple days.

If you're living in germany, you might have heard of the big news that a certain german TV channel decided to put an anime into their program for the first time (apparently not counting the One Piece movies). Their daughter channel already managed to revive the anime afternoon and has a weekly anime night with a pretty cool selection. (Only dubs, but it's better than nothing and at least they were all decent so far) So yeah, my hope is that if it does well enough we might get more anime and it

I've had a talk with the artist EZTP and he agreed to post his art piece around the same time I usually post my stuff so be ready for around 2:00 pm central I will be posting a new blog around Treacherous Rescue Mission. Be ready for it. As for the next tidbit, I decided to move it to next week on the 27th.
