Google Docs is trying to correct "a lot" to "alot"!
This is an absolute travesty.

I am using a tablet without my tools as my laptop cannot be charged do to the Jack falling inside. I can't remove the battery either. The good news is I can do more stuff now, the bad news is that's because all my college stuff is on that laptop. Until I get it fixed this will have to do, in the meantime sevenfromeleven has sent me some edits I need to take care up of. But enough about me, how are you guys?
So I reread "Tainted Colors" and there were some errors that I over looked. I fixed them up and now the story should be a bit more smoother. Once again guys, thank you so much for the feedback. I really appreciate it!
'til next time!

Hi guys,
Just quickly, I've uploaded the edited chapters of Somepony to Love, which are appropriately titled "(properly edited)". Credit for the edit goes to Shadowghostalex.
Also did a small rewrite in a few of the chapters after reviewing the feedback that I got from others and writing guides from here and other websites. The overall story hasn't changed significantly, but just a more general tidy up.
So I think it's about time I get serious about standardizing the writing formats in my works.
I write and read fine with my stories single-spaced with an extra paragraph marker for every scene break, but apparently a lot of my readers hate that. Okay.
The issue is that FIMfiction has been getting worse and worse with its in-browser editor. Or maybe it's fine and I'm just using garbage word processors. I don't know.
Don't know if everyone gets this but here goes.
I finally put together everything to make it a cohesive story. I have edited the first chapter to reflect the changes and you all now have something new to read. (Not entirely but there is a fair bit changed and added!)
So, I finished editing and fixing up and all that stuff my new book, and due to how Amazon works, the changes will be available any time between the next hour, and the next 48 hours. As for now, I have a bone to pick with Amazon that I'm sure you guys will get a kick out of. It's a minor thing, but it still bugs me, and it's something that I'm sure you guys will catch once you see the new manuscript.
You see this?
This is more for other would-be writers out there. Writing can be a daunting process. Not just in putting your thoughts to text, but making them readable. Here's what I do:
1. Make a timeline of events.
Hello everypony, Gale Singer here
I'm just blogging to say that after a lot of time (and procrastination on my part, not gonna lie) the second chapter of my ongoing project with CrossRedstone (So We're Like... Goddesses or Something) is up!!
You can find it at this location.
In the week or so after I finally finished A Rather Large Adventure, I decided to go back to the earlier chapters. This time, instead of just cringing, I decided to take firm action. If you want to make your fiction a better place, take a look at it and make a change.
it's been a week now since my somewhat dramatic rescue from a city bogged down in a major heatwave. some of you might have read the tale on penalt's profile, and as dramatic as it sounds i assure you none of it was exaggerated. that was really what happened, i really did nearly get heat stroke on the side of the highway in unholy hot temperatures. and yes he really did drive all the way down from canada to bring me back home.
I'm gonna have a rough few days because my dog is sick, but I want to get my Sunflower up on time, so I got the story ready today. If anyone want to pre-read let me know; I'm posting it Thursday afternoon at the latest tho.

After reading Longtalons I decided to significantly edit a lot of things regarding Gritt and Crimson, especially Chapter 12. I went into writing The Storm intending to make it as cohesive with other stories as I could, so these edits go towards that goal of world-building consistency.
Because for some reason GF is fun to edit.
Hey I've started doing paid editing jobs on Deviantart and wanted to see if anyone wanted me to help them with editing here as well.
Part of me wants to charge because I need the money right now though prices are extremely negotiable and I have a lot of editing experience so I can promise I'll do serious work. I won't charge insane amounts of money and more than willing to negotiate price with people.
Will also edit any kind of story no matter what it is, so feel free to ask.
