No More Pretentiousness and Some News

I'm still offering editing services, but without all the bullshit. No rates for this, no rates for that. Pay what you want, and I'll get to it when I can.

Anyway, some good news: I know I said I wouldn't have time to write for this site anymore, but I've got at least one story left. I'm currently a thousand words into something for Halloween. It's the best idea I've had in a while, and I can't wait to share it with you guys. Obviously, being a Halloween story, it will be considerably dark, and will feature Princess Luna as the main character, something I've been itching to try for a while.

I'm also doing National Novel Writing Month this year, which starts on the first of November. It'll be challenging, but I think I'll be able to do it (or at least get further than last year, where I deleted thirty words off of something I had already written). Original fiction, too, so it'll be lots of fun.

After Halloween and NaNoWriMo, I probably won't have anything out until late December or early January, but it's possible I'll post a few things that meet the minimum wordcount before then.

The world was unaware, the world was unafraid, the world was still alive when it was led astray. The world could not fight, the world could not run, the world could not have saved itself, when they came crawling.
