Two Zero Two Zero

EFNW should be a lot of fun. I'm really looking forward to it and I'm hoping nothing catastrophic happens in the meantime.

Really need to stop saying things like this.

This has been a very challenging year, to say the least.

To that end, I'm taking some time off from work for "vacation" - essentially a very small change in scenery (not travelling out of state) and a long mental health break. Paid time off at my workplace is functionally "use it or lose it," and I've taken less than two days off so far this year. In retrospect, this was probably a mistake, but if I had a time machine, I'd use it for something better.

I'm hoping that I'll finally be able to get some writing done, or at least get the creativity flowing again. I've got a couple of ideas bouncing around in my empty skull, but we'll see what actually gets done.

Thanks for sticking around. Hopefully I'll have something soon.
