This story is a sequel to Past Sins

Side-story to Past Sins - Spike almost lost Twilight to a hangmare's noose, but now Twilight is safe and Nyx is a filly again. Normal life is returning. Still, Spike can't ignore the fact that Nyx just isn't the same as he remembers her. Her temper is more volatile, and, when she gets angry, all he can see is the rage-driven Nightmare Moon of legend.

And thus Spike has to wonder: Is Nyx truly reformed, or is she one bad tantrum away from calling herself Nightmare Moon again?

Twilight Sparkle is changing; she's not sure how, or why. All she does
know is that she has to reverse the change before she hurts somepony she
cares about. But she won't be alone, Spike will be by her side until the
end.

In this story, set in the same world as The Crusaders: Iron Mare, follow the story of Lancer, the lone pegasus from Gildedale. Every day of his life has been fighting. Now, stuck as a guard in the most secure prison in Equestria, Lancer finds himself confronted with a hippogryph who shouldn't be there... and a question of mercy. What is heroism?

Set nearly two centuries after the time of Friendship is Magic, Equestria and the world have moved on. There are parliaments, megacorporations, and a dwindling royal presence. Princess Galaxy, descendant of Shining Armor and Cadance, just wants to live her cutie mark-less life in luxury and power. But a terrible event forces her to become something... more. A hero.

This is a story in the form of a poem. It covers a great war of diamond dogs and changelings against Equestria and her allies, and the world-shaping repercussions this has. This is set nearly two hundred years before The Crusaders: Iron Mare.

Fluttershy's always hidden a secret from her friends. It's not a horrible, dark secret. In fact, it's nothing out of the ordinary, at least to everypony else: she's got an older brother.

Her brother, though, has always seems to best her when it comes to, well, everything. Tempers flare when he visits Ponyville, and Fluttershy finds herself wondering if she'll ever manage to be as good as him.

We all know and love the Element of Kindness known as Fluttershy. We know that she is an animal care taker and one of the six Elements of Harmony, and we love her for her incredible shyness and extreme cuteness. But are there darker elements behind that pink mane of her? For all we know, she could be a former mafia boss.
