The Elements of Harmony are defeated and Nightmare Moon stands on Equestria's throne as their new Queen. Is Equestria doomed to suffer through night time eternal or will they be... perfectly fine? Twilight finds her new job as slave or "personal assistant" to her new ruler to be a bit maddening. But is this evil sarcastic queen really as bad as she originally believed? And just how many others are diabolical enough to cash in on the change in staff? Can Nightmare truly run a peaceful Equestria? Silent Wind is a Former renowned Assassin who ran from his past many years ago, He isn't known much anymore, but that doesn't mean that the Canterlot royal guards haven't kept a bounty on him for multiple Assassinations and also a former member of an Dangerous and secret assassination guild known as "The Silentblades."

So, he moves to Ponyville to make sure that he doesn't get executed by the royal guards of Canterlot. He get's help from six ponies and a certain Lavender Mare.

The strange thing is how badly they want Silent Wind, he can't be special.. or is he?

The Dead Horse unit was the laughing stock among the Equestrian army. It was where anyone who was deemed a failure was posted. Events would happen that would later make them the talk of Equestria, for better or worse. Follow Velocity as he tells the story of how he joined the army, hoping to protect his only home, and became the greatest enemy it's ever known.

The stars will aid in her escape. These words were from the prophecy of the return of Nightmare Moon. But did anyone ever stop to think about what that meant? No, they did not. Nightmare returned, the Elements purified her, and Princess Luna was reunited with her sister. The prophecy was forgotten, as were the 'stars' that freed her. But the 'stars' weren't done yet. They still have a mission to complete, a Princess to serve. The stars are falling, but is Equestria ready for their return?

Timeline wise his story starts before the Gala.
Just so people don't get confused early on, the ponys are ponys, the human tag starts in chapter 2.

Book III
Everything looks to be going well for Dusk. He has great friends, a good life and a mare he would give his heart to. It seems like, after all of this happiness, nothing could possibly go wrong and things can only get better.
But as he learns, things have to get worse before they get better. And they do, for after a thousand years trapped in stone, Discord is freed from his entrapment, to reign chaos over Equestria once more.
The only one not connected the Elements of Harmony, Dusk ends up being left behind for his own safety, seemingly useless in the fight. But that changes when Princess Luna sends him into the Everfree Forest, searching for something that might help them. Can he find this strange artifact, if it even exists? What exactly is it? What is this prophecy about?
Discord also starts to take an interest in him and soon, through the spirit's magic, Dusk must face his greatest challenge yet, an enemy thought to be non-existent: his darker side, created by the spirit of chaos.
Can Dusk survive and discover his destiny or will his darker self take over forever?

You and your family have just moved to a town called 'Ponyville' after deciding Canterlot was not the right place. You said goodbye to your friends and your old town.

Now, all you have to do is make friends and continue on living life.

It's a shame that some of them don't want to stay just friends.

During a picnic, a mysterious portal appears out of nowhere in plain view of Twilight and the rest of the gang. Curiosity gets the better of them, so they decide to enter the gateway to another world and see what's on the other side.

After transporting them to this strange new world, the portal powers down inexplicably, trapping the Bearers of Harmony in a strange cube land with no way back.

How will they get home? What dangers will they face lurking around every corner?

More importantly, what does a lonely crafter have to say about all of this?
