For a changeling, hiding is the only way to survive. Watch as the changeling queen struggles to remain hidden, her body constantly ravaged by sickness. Can she find a cure before it's too late? Plague has come to Equestria, and Chrysalis is Patient Zero.

Chrysalis, the last Queen of the changelings, is dying. With her death, her children will die, and the changelings will cease. She has one final plan, a coup to save her race, her children. She must make a new Queen, one strong enough, and smart enough, to save her people. It will be her legacy, and her greatest achievement. Too bad she never asked Twilight if she wanted to help

When Twilight was young, she used to sit on the balcony and look down at the statues in the royal garden. At the strange creatures of fur and armour and feathers and horns, and just...wonder on them.
And out of all of them, out of the unique draconequus and the rare Cyclops and the terrifying Invention Monkey, one particular statue always caught her eye.
Four...blocky, for lack of a better word, knights. Frozen in perfect formation, their heads hidden deep within the confines of their helmets. Each one stuck in the same pose, for as long as she'd known them.
And beneath them, engraved into the stone they were a part of, was a simple message.
"Wake us when something fun happens or Celestia stops being a bitch, whichever comes first."

Queen Chrysalis wonders exactly what she is going to do as the food for her subjects starts to run out. As another changeling comes to her with news, she figures out her main plan that starts up the Canterlot Wedding, along with providing her subjects some food.

Queen Chrysalis' cover was perfect. She had removed the two ponies who could interfere, but after they show up at the wedding, can she keep her plans together?

A bit of an alternate ending. It is very similar to the finale, but a different lead up.

All seemed right with the world of Equestria: Chrysalis was defeated and Twilight Sparkle and her friends were victorious, but what if it wasnt what it seemed? What if there was something darker going on behind the scenes?

Queen Chrysalis' plan to invade Equestria was not only due to provide sustenance to her subjects but also a form of revenge towards a certain Captain. It includes the attempt to marry Shining Armor even if it means sharing the same roof with a pony and not to mention stealing him from his love.

Before Shining Armor became Captain of the Royal Guards, he met a certain creature during one of this guard duties. he soon found himself befriending this creature let alone have feelings for her.

Before she became the evil queen that tried to invade Equestria, Chysalis was no more than a young successor to the queenship of the changelings. Being separated from her people, she soon wanders off to a town and met a certain unicorn which will change her entire view on what is 'love'

in a different dimension King Sombra obtained the crystal heart corrupted it and used it to take over Equestria including Canterlot using the crystal heart he gets to the Elements of Harmony but what will he do with them? read to find out.in this alternate world story!

To the shallow eye one would believe that the Capital of the Lunar republic was a domain of ponykind. Here lies, their great city, the throne of their queen and the centre of their industry and military. And yet every dark corner of the streets and behind every great pony, the changelings watch.
