It's the weekend after the Crusaders have received their Cutie Marks, and things have changed forever. Except... why is Diamond Tiara still being so cruel? Even WORSE than the way she was before. They thought she'd reformed...

After the events of "Crusaders of the Lost Mark". Diamond Tiara has changed her life and she's finally ready to apologize to everypony, including the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

After the defeat of the three villains, Discord was given a proper punishment for sparking all of the destruction the other villains caused. He was kept inside of a magical bubble under Canterlot Castle where he wouldn't do anymore harm. Discord gets a visit from the last pony he wanted to see: Fluttershy.

It wouldn't be right to impose on their families. That is Sunset's reasoning not to spend the holidays with her friends. This of course means she is left alone in her apartment for them, and the holidays aren't a great time to be alone.

After finally working up the courage to ask the mare of his dreams out on a date, Spike arrives only to find her preparing for a date with somepony else. Heartbroken, the dragon is left to wonder where he really fits in the world, and consider the fact that he may never win Rarity's heart. Little does he know that life has a surprise for him, in the form of Rarity's younger sister Sweetie Belle.

Deep in the winter, just a week before Hearth's Warming Eve, some Equestrian towns and villages celebrate a old tradition. The Forgiveness Festival, where ponies come together to apologize and forgive for their past grievances and mistakes.

Scootaloo was disheartened to find herself as a participant of this holiday, as she anxiously waits the apology she has wanted to hear...

When everyone else turns out to be too busy to do it, Spike volunteers to babysit Princess Flurry Heart for the day. He does his job all right for the most part, but things begin to shake up a bit when Sweetie Belle stops by and insists she help Spike take care of the baby. After some hesitation, Spike relents and decides to let Sweetie Belle help him. The day goes on and Spike and Sweetie Belle babysit Flurry Heart together, almost like their own little family.
