This is the story of an unsuccessful show mare heading for the City of Entertainment, Las Pegasus, hoping to renew her tarnished name. On her path in life, she will let her past torments and her pride dictate her actions, slowly bringing her to the edge of Equestria where unknown dangers lurk. She has yet to realize how long and tiring her tale will become and will never see the opportunities to get what she really wants.

My name is Canvas. I remember because I wrote it in the corner of the white box. It takes twelve steps to get from the cot to the wall. And the lights hurt my eyes.

I always wanted to go to Equestria. When I got the chance, I took the deal without reading the fine print. To my surprise, I didn't arrive there as a pony, or even as a human. It seems I get to view this world from a different perspective than what I've imagined.

As the seasons pass though, the two ponies find their friendship growing stronger as they spend time working together, through good times and bad. While the days grow shorter and cooler, the two friends find that maybe they have the chance to become something a little more.

A story based upon the kindest pony in all Equestria. Fluttershy, who is currently going through her most important stages at school, is having trouble coping without the confidence and good friends she needs to overcome the challenges ahead.

Having her caring, grandmother for support. Fluttershy seeks for all that she's missing in her life. Friends.

Only upon having these, will she truely be ready for whatever life has install for her.

Everyone has an imaginary friend growing up: a stuffed animal, a companion to guard us when the monsters come knocking and the like. We know them and love them; they mean everything to us. But have we ever stopped to ask what we mean to them?

The road of life is long, and winding. It's hard to follow, but you can stay on it the whole way through. Sometimes you don't want to, though. Sometimes you shouldn't. Sometimes you need to make the wrong decision. Sometimes you need to run off the path, and get lost in the woods so you can find yourself.
