My own personal rewrite of the episode A Royal Problem. With Spike in Starlight Glimmer's place.

When Spike is called in for Royal Business to spend time with Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, the two princesses have been getting rather angry at each other, both claiming the other doesn't know how the other feels when doing their job. So, the Princesses decide to switch places and see who has the better life, but what affect would this have on Spike?

A couple typos and things were fixed/edited.

This takes place shortly after Season 4.

Ten years after the events of Pokémon Sun and Moon, two teenaged siblings from the Kalos region move to Melemele Island in the Alola region with their family. Both are eager to partake in and complete the famous Island Trials for the chance to challenge the fearsome Pokémon League, and they each set off on their journey, each one with a Pokémon from home in tow.

Very shortly after, wormholes similar to the ones the Ultra Beasts came from appear all over Alola, only this time, magical creatures calling themselves "ponies" emerge from them. The two siblings come across two of them and agree to keep them safe and help find the rest of her friends along their travels, all while evading forces who wish to use the ponies for their own power-hungry ways, as well as solving the mystery of their appearance.

Playing Pokémon Sun/Moon (or watching/reading an entire play/walkthrough) is not a prerequisite for reading this story, though many references to the events of those games (among others) will be made.

Rated Teen for language and Pokémon violence.

The story is a sequel to Equestra Ninja Girls: Rainboom and Crystal Ninjas and a prequel to Equestria Ninjas: The Movie.

An Equestria Ninja Girls Side Story

The story of an ordinary teen who will become a ninja to help the Rainbooms and the Ninja Turtles in the near future. Plus, he will meet the Dazzlings and a new villain.

This story is part of the shared TMNT/MLP universe created by Wildcard25

Set in between Movie Magic and after Mirror Magic, the Rainbooms resume their high school life while making sure no Equestria Magic causing any mischief around Canterlot Town. A new student was transferred to Canterlot High after his parents found a job around Canterlot Town, Chrono Blaze, a silent and loner boy who only cares about is the mecha from the series Mobile Suit Gundam. However, when he begins to find the rumor of 'unknown energy', a new battle begins as the Rainbooms must face a new danger that's far beyond the Magic of Friendship can handle, that will pit magic against machines and the fate of their world.
