Twilight attempts a spell to look into the stretching properties of balloons, but a freak accident leads to a surge-cast of an inflation spell on the whole town! Ponies find themselves growing larger and larger, and are those...seams? Her friends are turning into balloons of themselves and approaching the popping point! Can Twilight reverse the effects and save her fellow townsponies before it's too late?

A combined task force is sent to the location of a thought to be SCP of unkown powers. As they are the first to reasearch it they notice some strange things about it like what it is made of, the strange jewel that hangs above it, and the strange horse statues around it. I originally posted this on the SCP wiki itself. Needless to say it was met with plenty of downvotes on account of it being terrible.

Anyway, I'm posting it on here because, why not? There are already SCP Foundation/MLP-FiM fanfics so I'm hardly bringing massive attention to ourselves. Plus I'm curious to see how you'd all react to it.

The creak of metal echoed as a hellish choir in the room. Lyra sobbed, clutching the little communication device to her barrel, as though it were her life itself. "Please..." She whispered. "Anypony, I think-I think it's getting closer." ...A sickly, raspy breathing crested the doorway on the other side of her hiding spot. "Help..."
