Okay, with the publishing of the massive 17,798 word Chapter 2—and the realization that future chapters might be the same, if not longer, length—Pusspuss and I have a question for you all. Do you like the longer chapters, or would you prefer them to be broken down into shorter, more manageable lengths?

Depends on the content within long chapters. The thing that made Chapter 2 work fine to me was the fact it was a single cohesive flow that would have been a little annoying to break up almost arbitrarily just to shorten the chapter lengths. I personally find going past 20k to be the breaking point, more or less. Getting a little close to that is fine, as it remains something you could enjoy in a sitting and become immersed in. Longer, you may start to feel your ass going numb.
I'd say if it'll stay below 20k, then let it go. If it's going to be long, or if there's a good interrupt point, then break a chapter in half.
Just don't do what Hiver does with his New Beginnings series. He has it where every chapter is somehow just long enough to get you into the story, then suddenly cuts you off like a sleazy drug dealer and leaves you twitching because you didn't get enough of a fix.
Keep them long.
TBF, I didn't realize Moondrops' chapter was that long until after I got done reading and saw the word count on the story page. If the quality remains the same, then I say stick with it. If you feel like doing something shorter, maybe a short breather chapter to have Chris sit down with Specs and Moonie to put his worries forward.
Before he gets overruled, of course.

While I prefer somewhat shorter chapters in the 6-8K range, I prefer whatever works better for the flow of the story even more.
Personally i would prefer shorter as long chapters give my tablet conniption fits.

I like the longer chapters if they flow well, that said anything puss puss helps with is gold no matter the length
10-15K words is still a long chapter, I'd say keep them around 10K. Nice and easy to read, and even if you keep your same writing schedule, you'll have around 2 chapters written when you'd normally have 1, giving you guys more time to focus on other stuff (or maybe editing the story, I dunno).
I think it might just be better for everyone.

I nibble on this with my phone while on the go generally. I'm a quick shot when it comes to these, but I love seeing different authors thrive in their own style. When people do what they want to do and do it well enough that it wins over the majority, even those who don't prefer it, it mooooves me. I'm the kinda guy who reads stories or watches movies for the concept or unique perspective on something already done. This is standard family harem smut, but it's your standard family harem smut that you're excited to do because you're working with an artist/author you love and it excites you, and that excites me~! I want to see the integrity and style you would hold yourself up to, regardless of better or worse for the majority.

When I was reading on my ipad, the longer the better. Without internet access during the work day, I would open ten or so chapters in tabs (more and it would start forgetting the content) and have reading material for my breaks. The longer the chapters, the less likely I was to run out of material before the end of the day.
Now I've got a laptop again. I can load more tabs than you can shake Heartbutt's flank at in FireFox, and they stay cached even when Windows decides it has to reboot to apply an update it downloaded last night in the middle of the day and I have to restore the session sans internet, so it doesn't matter as much.
Edge and Chrome browsers can eat horse apples. FireFox is aging and slow, but at least it can store the previous session's tabs to a temp file and let you reload them if the browser session gets terminated by Windows 10 doing its nanny update thing when you don't have an active internet connection.

why? simple... more space to the development and for a reader to enjoy it, breaking a chapter to smaller peaces just because its smaller (not because the chapter was made "small") is the same as having a tv show do a break... it kills the mood, it kills the flow... don't do it, keep chapters large

I vote longer chapters.
Longer. As much as I enjoy the intimate scenes, I really want to know more about this family. Establishing how the relationship works between Chris and each of his sisters, along with their personalities, makes for a much more interesting read. I'm very interested in seeing where the girls' father is.
Right then, I'll have to vote for the longer chapters. I'm a pretty fast reader to begin with and separating the chapters into shorter sections might break immersion a bit.

I say just go with whatever feels natural. Long chapters are fine as long as they feel like they couldn't have been shorter. I am more interested in the pace! I want more story, now!
As long is there isn't a 6 month hiatus between each one, I don't care much.
Write as much as you need to get great scenes. Quality beats instant gratification.
If you want to make them long? Make them long, as the longer they are? the better they'll be!
I want chapters that have a simultaneous release date of updates to Your Human And You, whatever length those may be. Otherwise you generally do a fine job of chapter length on your own.
Chapters of this length are uncomfortably long to read in one sitting, and create a real mess when you are trying to figure out where you left off later, especially when using a mobile device. Why not break them up into smaller chapters? In a chapter that massive, there must be countless changes of character or perspective that would make a suitable breaking spot...

I have to say that I like long chapters but the problem with that is sometimes it becomes harder to release that chapter due to not having that chapter reach the length you want , i mean yes you guys go all out and make the chapters long but if you can't then make them small and release them as mini chapters (ex: chap 3a , chap 3b)

And I'd say go all out with the chapters! But if you want, why not also throw in a few mini-chapters/omake adventures that help build the characters' background stories? Like the Interludes from YHaY, for example. Maybe a few adventures from their childhood/fillyhood that got them in trouble, or helped lead up to his sisters' attachments to him?
I cast my vote for the long chapters. I'm loving it the way it is.
Longer chapters are preferred, this way I can keep each story self contained. Plus I dont mind waiting for quality, nothing is worse than having half of something good like some movies I could Hunger Games, I mean mention.

As each chapter is a one shot in itself, keep them long. I think if you were to break them down, you might as well run each as it's own story instead of a compilation style.
