Naturally, most would think that having a destiny of good luck would be something wonderful. Who wouldn't love winning every competition? Who wouldn't love never having to worry about finding a job? Who wouldn't love to have everything handed to them without having to work at it?

One pony would beg to differ with this sentiment. Lucky Clover is a colt that has lived such a life, a life that has become more of a curse than a blessing. What once seemed to be great has turned into a nightmare, for being lucky all of the time does not necessarily mean life will be a simple trot in the park. On the contrary, it can present challenges that most would never face.

[A/N] I think I might have seen a story like this before, centered on a pony with perpetual luck, but I've decided to roll with this idea and give a story (with some background) to one of the most under-represented background ponies in this fandom.

Rumble loves listening to Thunderlane's bed-time tales every night. Tales of adventure, oftentimes centered on the fictional knight 'Rumble the Valiant.' What Rumble doesn't know, however, is that Thunderlane tells him these stories in order to protect his innocence. But what happens when the lines between reality and fantasy start to blur; when real life starts to impact the nightly stories, and the stories start to impact real life?

Idea Somewhat Sparked From the Synopsis of this Fic: The Dragon in Twilight

After her face and body are permanently scarred, Rarity seals herself off in her room with the lights off and drapes drawn, too disgusted by her own appearance to be seen. The only comfort she has comes in the form of daily visits from Spike, though she keeps the room dark to hide her deformities from the baby dragon. Can he convince her that she has nothing to fear; that her beauty is not limited to what she looks like?

All Scootaloo wants in life are three things. To get her cutie mark, to receive attention from her new sister-figure Rainbow Dash, and to learn how to fly. After failing at all of these, namely due to Rainbow Dash's relationship with Thunderlane, she's about to give up hope when she discovers a large, white pegasus stallion with wings smaller than her own.

The only thing is, he can actually fly.

Now, the Cutie Mark Crusaders have one night to write a poem which they are due to present the following day in class. Will they get it done, or will false information about the weather be their downfall?

It is Applejack's first birthday since she and Rainbow Dash have been a couple, and the pegasus has done everything to make sure the party will be a smash hit. But due to her unrelenting focus on the event, she forgets to get Applejack a gift. Now, with only hours left, she scours Ponyville in an attempt to find something to give her fillyfriend for her very special day.

There's nothing worse than feeling alone during the holidays, something that Scootaloo is all to familiar with. She knows that she has no family to celebrate with, save for a mother so drunk off cider she doesn't realize her daughter's heartbreak.

This is the filly's reality- the harsh card fate has dealt her. But this Hearth's Warming Eve, as she treks home through the brisk air all by herself, a certain rainbow-maned pegasus will show her the true meaning of family.

While Rainbow Dash is an avid Daring Do fan, she has no merchandise outside of the books to show for it. Now, staring at a 'Daring Do' wallet, she contemplates whether or not to purchase it. In doing so, she hopes to overcome her phobia of publicly expressing her love of the "childish" series.

Will she succeed? Or will she be humiliated?
