Being Great and Powerful is quite a bit of work, you know. You’ve got to entertain the masses, you’ve got to prepare all your different magic tricks and you gotta threaten people to come and witness your greatness.

A lot of work.

Luckily for Trixie, she finds out about a certain evil unicorn king and his quite desperate situation. Perhaps with a bit of bribing and just a few death threats he might become a new fan of hers...?

Yet another sequel to my comedy story MLP: Diplomacy is dumb. I suggest you read it first before jumping onto this, or one of the other sequels.

A long, exhausting journey by sea comes to an end as the Venturer, a merchant ship, approaches the docks of Baltimare. On board are ponies such as as Edmond Dash, the first mate of the vessel, and Danglarjack, an equally ambitious as mysterious mate.

Edmond in particular is grateful to be home at last. His heart yearns for his soulmate, Shycedes, a beautiful mare who had lost both her parents in a tragic incident one year ago, living her life as an orphan ever since.

But in his hurry and eagerness to meet up with both family and loved one, he turns a blind eye on those that wish him harm.

The next days will be joyful for him, that may be certain, but his enemies don’t rest, and they won’t show pity.

This story is quite obviously heavily inspired by the ‘The Count of Monte Cristo’ musical and the animatics of the musical, created by Ink Potts. This also means that most of the Mane Six are playing male roles in this story, as they did in the animatics.
This is not an exact replica of the story, however, and will vary in various places and outcomes.

King Sombra. Remember him? Yeah, that guy. The guy that used to be an evil dictator, sometimes called the definition of evil, and ruled over his subjects with an iron hoof. Yes, him.

Turns out that his prestige wasn’t the only thing he lost when he was first defeated, seeing as he has also lost all his brain cells and common sense. So much, in fact, that he got himself imprisoned for trying to steal from the Princess of Love herself.

But! He has been freed from prison and is now on his way to take revenge at last, and reclaim the throne that rightfully belongs to him!

...Or, that’s what he hopes. Sombra was never really too good at planning things, really.

Sequel to my comedy story MLP: Diplomacy is dumb. Reading it is advised but not necessary to understand this story.

A land in which the rulers do nothing but eat cake and sit on their butts, their guards are more incompetent than a toddler, the police are non-existent and a group of 6 teenagers enforces local law and order in the entire country.

Because upkeeping a police force costs money. Money that would end up not being spent on cake. And no ruler can rule without cake. Especially not if they have a sun on their butt.

Or if they're called Marie Antoinette, but that's a different story...

Hearth's Warming eve is here once again as snow covers the streets of Canterlot and ponies all over Equestria chant songs. The towns and cities of Equestria light up in many different colors as the festivities beginn.

Celestia has always enjoyed Hearth's Warming eve, it has always been that one day of the year, the day where she can simply enjoy spending time with friends and family.

Only Problem being that her only family member is a grumpy alicorn. For years Celestia has tried convincing Luna to enjoy the festivities, yet she has never succeeded. This year will be different though.
This time she will succeed! This time she won't give up! And there WILL be cake!

Warning: Lots of Cake involved.

Merry Christmas! Happy Hearth's Warming eve everypony! This was just a quick little story I thought of as sort of a present for you all to enjoy. It's nothing special really.

James has always felt like he was...out of place. Like he was not meant to be here, on earth, with all these humans who would rather bash their heads open than live together in peace.

No, he was not meant for this. He is different from those people. He truly recognizes the beauty of nature and what it gifts us. He is not one of them, he could never be and will never be. James knew he was different for a long time, yet always asked himself just who and where he belonged to.

Until he made a fateful wish. One that would change his life forever.

The plan was coming along perfectly...every piece of the puzzle fit together just as planned...except...one.

Thorax. That simple minded fool of a drone dared to stand up to ME! His Queen! And those traitors I used to call my sons and subjects are foolish enough to believe and follow him...They will see...they will all see!

I will gather all of my remaining subjects that are spread out all over equestria and rebuild what those silly ponies and traitors have destroyed. They are silly to think they have won. They will never win! Not as long as I am breathing!

It has been a long time since the Changelings tried invading Canterlot. Their attack has been repelled and all Ponies believe the Changelings to be defeated.
What they don't know is that they are far from defeated.

This is the story of Thunder Strike, a Pegasus and Lunar Guard Soldier. He joined the Guard as a still fairly young colt, hiding his true reason for joining the Lunar Guard from everypony else. Together with the Unicorn Blaze from the Solar Guard he is enjoying his time in the Guard as much as one possibly could.

Soon though, his feelings for somepony else blind him, causing a massive chain of events that nopony could have ever foreseen.

This Story plays before Season 6, meaning FlurryHeart hasn't been born yet and Thorax also is not yet "a thing" (In case you are wondering).
