On the other side, he meets an odd young female pony who is somehow as strong as he is. Surely the two will come to chat cordially with one another?

Post-S6. Starlight Glimmer returns to Our Town once again. Starlight intends to stay for a few weeks this time, continuing to atone for her megalomania as the former leader of Our Town.

However, Starlight knows there is one pony above all else she owes an apology to: the stallion she founded Our Town with, Double Diamond.

Light romance-shipping of Starlight Glimmer and Double Diamond (GlimmerDiamond). Reading the prequel is not wholly necessary to understand this story, but there are a few references that make more sense.

Garnet Graphite, alicorn Prince of Equestria, lives in Ponyville by himself. He lives life day-to-day without any further ambition beyond conquering his personal issues. One day, he sees a performance of the Pony-Tones, and starts crushing on Fluttershy. Garnet decides to ask her out on a date.

This would be significantly easier if he weren't even more socially crippled than Fluttershy herself.

Celestia then proceeds to inform Twilight why her relation to Star Swirl isn't actually all that important.

However, her self-pity is soon disrupted as Trixie comes along, wishing to learn real magic. In the process, the two make up over their confrontation during the Battle of the Bands.
