Wow! So I went to this convention and found this stand that was selling lifelike replicas of video-gaming swag. I got a copy of Sol Badguy's sword for a steal! Too bad that shifty merchant actually sent me to Equestria, but on the plus side, I'm Sol Badguy now!

I'm gonna do this right, just you watch. I'm genre-savvy, nobody and nopony is going to stop Sol Badguy!

Day 4 of my Self-Imposed 28 Fics in 28 Days Challenge

An origin story of Our Town. Double Diamond is a pony from the city who heads out to the Equestrian hinterlands for a day of skiing. After getting into a skiing accident and injuring himself, Starlight Glimmer takes him to her house nearby to treat his injuries. During his time as her guest, Double Diamond and Starlight talk.

By the end of his stay, Diamond will become Starlight's first follower in the ideology of Equality, and Our Town is born.

During Lesson Zero, Spike warned Celestia of Twilight's impending breakdown. What if Spike did this during the course of many episodes, with Celestia valuing his input?

Sometimes, however, it backfires on the both of them, as in the case of A Canterlot Wedding. Afterwards, Celestia has a heartfelt chat with Spike.

Day 2 of my Self-Imposed 28 Fics in 28 Days Challenge

Scootasynopsis: Following a potion mishaps at Zecora's, the Cutie Mark Crusaders accidentally spread a highly-contagious magical curse. It's an incredibly mundane, banal and tame joke-magic curse, but in Ponyville, that's enough to set ponies off in a Scootariot.

Written experimentally, with a premise but no planning, so the plot was written wherever the characters took it.

Day 1 of my Self-Imposed 28 Fics in 28 Days Challenge

Starlight Glimmer is content with running her little village just outside of Equestria's borders. Having built from the ground up with her own four hooves a town where everyone is Equal, Starlight is satisfied. Ponies wander in and they decide to stay. There's no reason for her to return to her homeland.

Then Tirek defeats Princess Twilight Sparkle, and an undercover changeling tells Starlight Glimmer she's the last hope to save Equestria from the mad centaur.

Upon being banished to the moon, Nightmare Moon found that she was able to communicate with Discord, also sealed away as a statue.

The two despise one another, but compared to an endless monotony, even two hated foes would rather talk with one another. Over time, Discord and Nightmare Moon begin to fall in love, right up until tragedy strikes.

Sugar Belle is just a normal pony in Our Town. She likes baking, and hopes that Mr. Right Stallion will come along soon. Until then, she attempts to live every day to the fullest. Of late, however, she has become disillusioned, and is looking for a way out.

Now if only these new ponies to town weren't so rude.

1st-person, slightly experimental writing. Slight unsettling tones, but only within the level of what was already seen in The Cutie Map episodes.

Rainbow Dash then mentions about Sunset's transformation during the games, and how she resembles a certain animal. Sunset is not amused.
