With the holiday season on the way and the big breeze settling in, a sudden snow storm hits Ponyville and covers the fields and meadows with snow. With the cold hitting hard, Fluttershy has hunkered down with her animals inside her cottage and built a nice warm fire to keep them all nice and cozy through the chilly night. She had just tucked everyone in when out of the blue comes a knock at the door, and wouldn't you know it, it's everypony's favorite Lord of Chaos.

It is 1897. Equestria is at peace and Dusk Shine, a rising star in the fields of science and sorcery has set up shop in the capital of Canterlot, along with his two assistance Barbara and Butterscotch. However dark things are beginning to stir in the east, with news of the intrepid trio reaching the ears of an ancient vampiress who has set her sights on the young cream Pegasus, believing him to be her long lost lover.

As fate brings these two ancient souls together, what shall become of poor Butterscotch? Will he stay firm and bask in the light of day, or shall he fall to the velvety seductions of the night?

This is a genderbend of What Happens in Las Pegasus, written by my good friend Attomicpuffin. I asked her if she would be okay with this and she said go for it.

But I highly recommend you go read the original story and check some of her other works. She's a really amazing author. ^^

This story was writen by my good and dear friend Atomicpuffin, who sadly is not longer writing for eh MLP fandom. This is a great shame, because she truly did produce great works of fanfiction that really deserve attention. If you would like to read more of her stories click here. However, because of complex reasons I wont go to much detail into, AP has turned over the ownership of What Happens in Las Pegasus over to me. Now I want to make very clear that this story, even though is legally own by me, is the work of Atomicpuffin. I claim no credit for the creation of this wonderful story what so ever.

Now, I'll sum up shortly what happened. I was writing a genderbend of this story, with permission from AP of course, but i ran into difficulties with publishing. Long story short, to save me the trouble, AP thought it best to turn over the ownership of What Happens in Las Pegasus to me, which I am truly grateful and honored.

Once again, for those who haven't read this story or the other works by Atomicpuffin, I highly encourage it. She is a wonderful author and a true, true friend.

None more so than one pair who wake up to find they got a bit more than they bargained for...such as gold bands.

Ignorance, cruelty and superstition pervade through the beautiful Equestrian city of Maris. Her ruler a radiant beauty with a heart as cold as the ice that strips the body of love and warmth, exploiting these evils, persecuting the gypsies and opposing any mode of progress. Unto this city comes a young gypsy-mare of humble beginnings, wrongfully accused of witchcraft and murder, and only the deformed bell ringer of Notre Mare Cathedral can save her.
