not a lot to comment on here so far, but I wonder if you'll involve more ponies later and perhaps reflect other archtypes in shadowrun universe. unicorns would make obvious mages and shamans. deckers could be just about anything really, with the intellect and computer savy to match.

you got the major plot sorted out or you winging it (pun intended) as you go? wonder if Renraku is gonna stick their grubby corporate mitts in your runner's business. wonder if one of the elder dragons might know about Equestria. just don't get fluttershy to talk to any.

To this I really have no control over who will be allowed in or not. I am not the GM of this run. I stated this in the description and author's notes

no again I am not the GM of this i am just one of the players (Gabriel Wright) I just set up the start of it and the GM is gonna work at it from there after getting his approval of how i write his charter

I never thought of that but with the way interesting idea though but with the way I started the story probably not.

I will get the GM to consider it she might even scare him with the stare just for laughs
