Yeah, highly considering editing parts of it so that only the words that don't have a direct pony equivalent are used. Sun Shower is supposed to sound tough, in a "biker chick" sort of way, but you're quite right that the balance can be shifted easily by relying too heavily on "human" swears.
And the "ah ah ah ah" is to focus on the Disturbed cover of the song, hence the "into the heavy stuff" line. Could've used a heavier song, but it just didn't seem right for the setting.

Originally this was going to be part of a larger chapter, but right now I'm kinda forcing myself to write a bit more to not disappoint. Hopefully I can get back into it on my days off.

By the way, I'm one of the people that like this "crap" I like simplistic stories, and my standards aren't super high. If the grammar is good and the Spelling is correct, all a story needs is to grab my attention ONCE, and I'll be likely to follow it.
Needless to say, this story blows my standards away. You did FAR more than the bare minimum. ....actually, I probably shouldn't even be typing this right now since I've not slept for over 24 hours, but I'll just leave a warning. Anything I said that may sound insulting, is not meant as such. Insomnia has that effect unfortunately.
