Story is canceled. I liked the idea, but I don't think it's going to work. If you want to see a good example of how NOT to write a musical story, read on!
A recent mission that ended in utter disaster threatens to tear Twilight and her friends apart, and it's happening at the worst possible time: A deranged reality-warping unicorn called "Bilious Brass" is launching an effort to revive Discord. If Equestria's greatest champions—and Trixie, whose bad luck has landed her right in the middle of the conflict—cannot overcome their doubts, the city of Canterlot will surely fall to Brass's insanity.
But even if they stand together, how can they hope to defeat Bilious when his full plan is known only to two cowardly con artists?
This story is set shortly before the events of Keep Calm and Flutter On. Thanks a massive lot to Silverguard for the spiffing cover!
Behold, another story I wrote on a whim. I look forward to continuing this--songs are really fun to write out, regardless of how they actually work in the medium. Couldn't really find a tag that worked, but Romance should do for now.

I'm not one hundred percent sold on the songs yet, but the overall concept is very intriguing, and the promise of seeing more of Flim and Flam makes this definitely worth following. I noticed one typo:

Great! I can't wait to see how everything ties together! And as for the songs, it's probably a good thing to cut back on them a little, otherwise there wouldn't be as much content, and that's what the story's about, right? (don't get me wrong, I love the songs and think you did a great job with them, but maybe one every two chapters or so would be best)
