This has been a decent story so far, especially considering it's your first. The pacing is good, mostly due to the format keeping it engaging, and the prose is easy to follow. I will say that the story doesn't go far enough to really hook me yet. I can see you've got some plans based on those tags, but unless I just took the wrong path, I didn't see any hints of that stuff yet. As it is now, it feels a bit generic.
