You should try to put this in the story rather than in the A/N. Also, she has parents and eight brothers, which makes about twenty kidneys that are more genetically compatible with her, and yet gets a kidney from her sister-in-law?

I couldn’t find a better way to fit it in. None of her brothers who were adults at the time were matches. You have to be at least 18 to donate an organ. Plus her doctors couldn’t find the cause Sunny kidney disease and feared it could be genetic

Also, according to the long description, Lemon's allergies are an issue, but at the same time nothing (besides the scar) is mentioned about Sunny's life post-transplantation (anti-rejection drugs, for example), not to mention that transplanted kidneys usually fail between 7-9 years after the surgery, which means Sunny may be in trouble soon.

Despite a few spelling mistakes here and there, this is still pretty good. I love stories where the EG Shadowbolts get a little more attention. Keep up the good work.
