Nice on picking up the little Shovel Knight reference. Also yes, the scalers are my own OC's. Same goes for the "Abomination". However, I know next to nothing about Warhammer 40k, so any similarities between the scalers and the characters in that franchise are purely coincidental.

And making the Scalers feel comical in some things, but are still heartless monsters/conquers in the end. ( Just coincidentally like the WH40K/WH Fantasy/WH Age of Sigmar Orks personally wise. )

That was a character I created when I was like, 10 years old if I'm correct. I'm pretty much using stuff from my childhood for this story, and seeing as Donkey Kong was my favorite video game character back then, of course I'd make an evil version of him. He's for sure going to stick around for a while as he's one of the stronger villains I've created for this story.
