The newest threat Equestria is facing is not a villain this time. Wild storms and tornadoes have begun to appear all over Equestria. Houses are being destroyed and lives are being lost. Twilight volunteers to get up close and personal with one of them to deepen the knowledge of how they work in hopes of saving lives.
This fic is largely based off of Skip Talbot's storm chasing safety guides. If you are at all interested in what you find here, I recommend checking out his YouTube channel.

I yelled when I read this as I realized what was happening.
It would've been nice to see a bit of dialogue between Twilight and Celestia on the tornado's aftermath since Twilight getting injured or worse was the crux of their large fight that comprised the entire first chapter. However, the danger displayed as Twilight literally stood against (and inside!) a tornado was very real and engaging while keeping in that bit of nutty MLP whimsy. Twilight expressing her regret for her recklessness and responsibility to share what she learned with others was a solid way to cap off this story - a tornado Pony Service Announcement.
Also kudos for giving Fimfic more Twiliestia.

I had originally planned for basically everyone Twilight knew to yell at her for being reckless and getting hurt while she was in the hospital. I ended up cutting it because it would get repetitive, and that Celestia would probably be more focussed on Twilight’s recovery than bringing up the fact that she was right.

I would like to point out that legs and wings are probably replaceable, as for a horn, well, Discord is reformed so he can probably give Twilight a new horn, legs, and wings, so Twilight won't have to worry about any permanent injuries.
Plus I always wondered what an Allicorn with robotic replacements would look like and would be able to do.... Of course Equestria doesn't have the technology but Twilight would probably be able to make the technology in just a few years.
Do you really think people are that stupid to think they can go out and chase tornados just from reading a fanfic of a Allicorn chasing after tornados? If your going to chase tornados, atleast read or watch a very detailed explanation on tornados and how to avoid them, most people who chase tornados usually has millions of dollars at there disposal to have certain equipment to decrease the risk of dying or getting injured, usually a vehicle that can withstand all types of storms.
