From what I can tell discord was a human or something from the real human world and got into Equestria somehow and the Equestria girl universe it's kind of too nice to be real human world and colorful all it is is just a reflection of My Little pony world.
Here's another example it's like when you play a video game and then you play a fan-made game of the video game you just played you will get mad because you notice that the fan-made game is very fake of the real game is just a bootleg copy of it

This is a really interesting take on Discord. I've seen something vaguely similar to it in two other stories, but the writing captures Discord's feeling of helplessness really well.

Anything that I could point to in this story for improvement would just be the language issues or little character things. I can always tell what you're going for even if it comes off as clumsy because English isn't your first language. But when Applejack called someone "sweety" or "sweetheart" in the first chapter, it felt weird because she would only call them "sugarcube."
Discord in the show always behaved childishly dispite his apparent age, but your Discord seems more like he still is an actual child at heart who was robbed of a good opportunity to grow or process the loss of his home. He feels especially tragic in this for that little bit of naivety or innocence he still seems to have.

I've been pretty busy lately, but I think that I am going to upload a chapter in one or two days at least.
Now, I know that I have not updated this this fic for almost two years but... Life and other stuff made it impossible for me to make more chapters, I just recently find myself in a good position to make more chapters.

Yeah... No, that's not quite right. I mean, you are right when you say that he tore apart Equestria, but it was not because he wanted to separate both equestria, but to destroy "something". That's the only clue I can give you right now.
That's clear to me, I think Discord created Equestria Girls unconsciously!
