I think this definitely had its tender moments and you set them up well! Rockhoof and Stygian have a good dynamic here and I appreciate the discussions you included on things like gender roles. I do think that the formatting of the story was an interesting decision, starting in media res before explaining how they met, but you pulled it off pretty well here. I think that for a story of this length it would definitely be benefitial to maybe focus on one or the other, or make the story longer by drawing out both scenes so we can immerse ourselves in their personalities. Thank you for participating and sorry for the misunderstanding, I appreciate you taking the time to write two stories!
