This story is a sequel to Trixie's New Role
When Trixie wakes up in Celestia's bed she's stunned and finds out she's spilled her guts to Celestia the previous night. Apparently Celestia assumed something that Trixie hadn't and that leads to some troubles.
This is a rewrite of one of my more popular stories to see how people might like a more traditional style of writing from me.

Interesting to redo a story that I assume was fairly popular. I liked the first one, but I could see a few places it could use work, at least in my very unprofessional opinion. The biggest one I think is the most thoroughly and satisfactorily delt with. The explanation of what a consort is was awkwardly stapled on in the first version. I can see why it needs to be there, and I think it's handled better in this one. Only change I might make might be to make Celestia slightly more flustered when Trixie is hesitant about the term. I think she needs a little more emotion in this story, and trying to explain that Trixie is not just an archaic term and that's just what she has to say to protect those she really cares about might do the trick. Other then that the slight changes are done well enough that the changes/improvement to the flow of the story are barely noticeable. And that is a complement, they are sort of things that are done right if you don't notice them. Bold move to take this step and I applaud it. Is the original one going to stay up if this one is better received?

Oh, and looking at this again the reason that I don't see Celestia as being more emotional about the term is she's used it for 1,000 years, she's not going to be bothered by it, hehe.

Well, Mitth'raw'nuruodo, the non-reworked version has a non-reworked sequel that's still ongoing. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do with that one overall though it does have a few fluffy entries in it.

Yes, that will continue to get new entries, I'm just not sure if I'm going to continue in my normal style or try to redo it like with style.
And Thrawn is hands down one of my favorite characters from all of fiction.
