Not bad. Just a couple things:
The story seems to move a bit fast. You could slow down a little.
And I believe "Scootaloo's POV" should be her view in first person; you're still in narrator mode.
But this is promising!
The characters should say: Other, Mane 6, CMC.

It's a Disney show about two brothers who, every day of the summer, invent impossible things while their sister tries to bust them. Also, their platypus is a secret agent. It's really good.
I thought it was pretty good. You should make a part where they go to the city with the skyscrapers and such. Or see modern technology like cars or planes. Make more cause this was interesting.

Phineas and Ferb's sister Candace's is always wanting to bust her brothers, and the running gags are very well-placed.
Dr. Doofensmirtz's schemes involve building an -inator device to "take over the Entire Tri-State Area!"
Major Monogram is agent p's boss and he sends agents on missions to stop Doofenshmirtz's schemes.
Isabella Alvarez-Shapiro is the Fireside girl leader whose catchphrase is "Whatcha Doin'?"
