This organization is kinda haphhazard. I know she's basically a prostitute here but for something skirting the line as close as BDSM does with dangerous situations, an hour of classroom time before tossing them kind of at the mercy of whatever customer decides to take them off to the side kind of feels like a recipe for disaster, especially for someone coming in with Octavia's somewhat desperate situation. I can pretend there are safeties and possibly descrete observers given the circumstances but it's still hard to justify the way they bring in new menus.
