One month after a terrible case of heartbreak by someone she once held close to her, Twilight discovers one morning a love poem sticking out of her locker. Of course, due to her friends, the news breaks out, making it harder for them to pinpoint Twilight's secret admirer. Twilight suspects it involves an incident last month following the heartbreak.

Sunset, meanwhile, suspects Twilight's unquie behavious has something to do with Flash willing conversing with Canterlot High's own equivalent to the boogeyman.

For a guy who hates cliches it's funny how he became one of the bigger ones.

Story was okay nothing to write home about.

Much better than the other version. Star's poetic attempts are a bit cringy and passive-aggressive, but I'm chalking that up to him being a bit of a dick while still having his heart somewhat in the right in place in general. Much like Trixie is now, in fact.

By the way, I didn't really get what the deal was with Flash. Why was he talking to Star? Was he trying to protect Twilight from him? Making sure Star wasn't doing anything bad? It wasn't quite clear to me. If that is the case though, if Flash is trying to look out for Twilight even if he doesn't have a chance with her, then that should earn him at least a little bit of respect from Stardust.

It's that inkling of respect for Flash's noble intentions which restrained Stardust from throwing him to the other side of the cafeteria just by sitting on his table.
