Fellow brony, and overall Twidust fan!

To explain my/Stardust's disdain for cutie marks oh so eloquently:
Five chapters complete, twenty-two to go! As a reward for your patience so far, here's a snippet. Spoilers for season nine, read at your own volition:
"Sorry to hear what happened to the Tree of Harmony," Shining spoke up solemnly, guiding me through the narrow corridor as we took off to Equestria's airspace, I caught blinding clouds through the square windows. He glanced over his shoulder. "I know how much it meant to Twilight."
Sometimes we need to be reminded, just because one's not the star of the show, doesn't make them unimportant. You're all valued in one way or another, whether your role be small or big, and that's okay.
As someone who owns a private Discord SW Roleplay server, I applaud this guy for that level of ingenuity. People forget there's more to the universe than lightsabers and space battles, myself often included.
If I made a chapter based around purely politics, do you think I could pull it off?
Who and why?
For me, Kirin. I feel they're the most unique species introduced so far, that aren't tiny and just one-offs. It helps that Autumn Blaze is the most endearing non-Pony character we've had so far, in my personal view.
I'll start: Harems. Rather objectifying in my opinion. What's your disliked trope, and why?
I have a feeling this will be a good one, have a great year you guys! The tenth anniversary of A Journey Beyond Sanity is on the horizon!
So many people love my story and... I just don't get it. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love the traction, but in my eyes it seems just another typical HiE story. I'm rather curious: What makes it so appealing to you?
