Hearth's Warming Eve is a holiday to celebrate the coming together of the three great pony clans under a united pony nation through love. Everypony knows this story, recounted countless times by believers of the mythical ancient deities of Equestria to ward off their evil spirits.

But there is a more sinister and dark past to behold, one that is known to nopony alive today. What horror awaits us inside?

Inspired by stories on creepypasta. My first horror-ish fic I've ever done, but I'm confident that this will be something that I will be pleased with when I'm done with it. It's taken in the first person perspective if Silver Spoon.

This is just like a creepypasta, it's got those feels, you know? If I could, I'd give this 9 out of 10 pumpkins (couple of grammar mistakes which I forgot the location of.)

But the plot was amazing, most MLP fimfics that have a horror tag aren't honestly that good. Nor do the characters act anything like themselves. One of the few ones that fit with the character's personalities is Cupcakes. But I never finished it or barely started, it was just too gruesome. But this had just the right amount of everything :pinkiecrazy:

Perfection of a MLP creepypasta right here! Definetly favoriting, upvoting and giving you a watch!

Just like a creepypasta? Well that's good, considering that's what I was going for. Lol. And sometimes seems impossible to catch all of them. I must have read through it 8 or 9 times. Heh.

7812989 If you would like, I could beta for you sometimes. In my opinion, it's better to have multiple sets of eyes - more noticeable things. So just offering in case you'll want it. Plus, I've read a chapter of your DiamondBloom's Hangout story, and I could tell that you're an amazing author. I'd personally be glad to read your works multiple times

Sure thing. I've been writing for most of my life, so I've had lots of experience. Might I interest you in my "Love Like a Diamond"? It's really good, from what I've been told.

I was a little worried about this particular work because it was the first one of this genre that I have done, so you might have been able to tell I was a little out of my comfort zone for this story.

Very interesting, though I think *technically* it isn't second person. :rainbowwild:

*shudder* Still as creepy and awesome as ever! Just wanted to reread some of the best stuff I have on my shelves and this was one of them. After just reading a dark story, I was in the mood for ANOTHER dark story! Horror, dark, same thing. Well, almost. It was still super awesome! I loved it just as much as before.
