Latenighter always knew he was different, but he never let it get to him. He had a creative mind wide enough that he could lose himself for days. It wasn't until the night that he wished upon the moon and stars that it all changed and his greatest wish came true, to be an author pony.

First up, I'd like to say: the comma goes inside the said or thought sentence. “Such as this sentence,” the commenter said.

Second of all, this is an enormous improvement compared to the first story of yours that I read (The Scarecrows). The pacing is way better, the characters are stronger, and I even found it rather cute (not to mention sweet).

I was also able to relate heavily to Latenighter. His dream is one that I also have.

Overall, I honestly liked this story greatly. It isn't perfect, but it doesn't have to be. It put a smile on my face.

Good job, Latenighter.
