Well this is rather interesting, have a like and a place in my tracking folder (unfortunately I don't put anything into favorites until at least chapter two... or if it is a one shot). Anyways, for possible powers... Why not heightened awareness and heightened reflexes as well as increased agility? This would give her an edge in combat since you can't defeat what you can't hit, and if you feel like it you could extend these abilities to her charisma while speaking to others. After all, she always knows what to say because she has had time to think about her response.
Also, you do realize that no one besides your followers are probably going to see this until you put it into a few groups right?

Don't worry Chapter two is pretty much done, I'm going to finish up Chapter 3 right now.
The heightened awareness, reflexes and agility is kinda a given for most vampires. Not to mention her height she is so tiny now.
I kinda forgot to place it in a group my bad.
Need to work on keeping a constant tense. You flick between past tense and present tense, almost like you don't notice it. Anyways, another power she could have would be the ability to walk during the day without burning. A vampire with this ability is called a Daywalker. Yet another power she could have is the ability to make a familiar, by biting an animal (or anything with a brain really) and binding them to her with magic.

Yeah I made that chapter a long time ago, as well as worked on it enough that it all kinda mixed together an I might have missed a lot of things, my bad I'll figure how it fix it later.
The next chapter is fresh and new, it still has that new chapter smell to it that I'm sure be better then most of the others.
I do have her with the ability to control minds an turn those who gaze into her eyes to become thralls of sorts.
I dont remember where I got the idea from, I think its like vamprieric seduction mixed with fallout animal friend perk.
So, you have set this at the beginning of season 1. An interesting choice, she has absolutely no reason to make friends, and has no problems killing others. This is a very dangerous combination with rather worrying implications for the future. Rarity will not be a hero, and with how you've set the stage, I do not think this story will have a happy ending. It might have a bittersweet one, but not a happy one.
Regardless, you have set the stage and the die has been cast. Act one of your play begins soon, and with it, your judgement. May you find favor with whatever god you believe in; for you shall not find mercy with me.

Here's an idea, a bit of a small suggestion, if you're willing to listen, okay get this, what if at some point Fluttershy starts to fight back against Rarity's control, or maybe at some point Rarity starts to go through a a type of small redemption and eventually releases Fluttershy from her thrall and for both instances Fluttershy ends up eventually adopting her so as to help Rarity better understand what it's like to live amoung her own kind. Also if I could suggest a type of vampire power, look up the mod known as sacrosanct, maybe it'll give you some ideas.
