This is a story about a mare named Twilight Sparkle.
One day, Twilight discovers that all her friends have gone missing. It is this realization that sends her on her way towards an adventure that allows her to discover her destiny in the end.
Or maybe it doesn't. Maybe she finds a dark secret about her past. Maybe she finds a dark secret about one of her friend's past. Maybe she finds cupcakes.
Or maybe all she can find is the beginning.
This is the Twilight Parable.

Alright. Not quite what I was hoping for, but it's intriguing. Still, it seems like a rehash of the stanley parable - different names, the same motions.
I'll leave my suggestions for when I'm finished, though.
You know what, as the first ending I reached, I think this is really good.
I was a bit worried at first, that you were just doing the original Stanley thing, but it's clear this is a commentary on the brony community - or, rather, our little fantasies.

Yeah, my question is this: what exactly are you commenting on? What puropose does this chapter serve in whatever message you're trying to tell?
The stanley parable had every ending be important. The red door ending existed to make players aware of the antagonist role and its oh-so-blurry definition. It made you play the role of the bastard, for doing literally anything, even kill yourself and deny the narrator his happiness, to be free.
The blue ending existed to show you how little control you really had.
Contrarily, the red cupcake ending existed to show is the cliches of Fimfiction (I think?) and the blue ending is about...
Huh. Actually, upon rereading, it's about the role of a reader in the creation of a story. Nice. That said, the whole 'other stories' thing was kinda pointless, and I fail to see why it's in here.
It needs a chapter that isn't referenced by the story... "If you are here then it means you are DEFINITELY NOT following directions."
